I have had it installed for a couple of weeks, seems very timestaking and/or costly to try and hope to unlock UW. From what I can tell you have to either grind out tons of matches to get $400 in-game cash to unlock a random superstar. You can also buy in-game cash, but again, no guarantee of who you are unlocking.
