I wonder what the content will be for the dvd.
I have a feeling it will be a more in-depth version of the The Ultimate Legend. It was a very moving piece, but at only 60mins long there is room for so much more. I would like hear from the Warrior family and tell us how good of a husband/father/son he was. I also hope they will add his HOF speech in its entirety. Can't believe it's not on youtube yet. That speech meant a lot to Warrior and to us, so it should be on the dvd, uncut. Chances are there will probably be no matches this time around, but I would love to see some of those rare house shows matches from '92 and '96, such as with Flair, Kamala, Vader and Owen.

The Hall of Fame speech is on the Wrestlemania 30 dvd. My goal with this set like the ultimate collection is to include more unseen footage or rarer matches.
Sadly the flair and vader matches WWE don't have or are unusable.
I think you will be happy with this set. We are working very hard on it.

The dvd cover is also a place holder. That hasn't been agreed yet.

The dvd cover is also a place holder. That hasn't been agreed yet. I have a few questions... Since it's not finalized yet, if someone here were to create a cover would it be possible that it could be used or at least the inspiration for the cover of the dvd? Also, I'm sure you can't tell us specifics if any at all, but can you let us know if there are any more warrior mattel figured planned for 2015 or beyond? I'm prayyyyyyying for an Ultimate Maniacs figure! Lastly, steve did you get my email from a little while ago?

A lot more goes into the covers research wise than you'd think. We get creative input into what we would like but it's a 3 way discussion between the DVD company, WWE and ourselves. Ultimately WWE make the call and rightfully so. We wanted to include you all because you meant the world to Warrior and to us which is why we chose to do the "Thank you Warrior" videos. Also, I'm sure you can't tell us specifics if any at all, but can you let us know if there are any more warrior mattel figured planned for 2015 or beyond? I'm prayyyyyyying for an Ultimate Maniacs figure! - Our action figure rights with Mattel ended this year (naturally ended not because of Warrior's passing) and renewed with WWE exclusively in late 2014. This is also why we stopped the 1/15 limited series. As it was the last one Warrior and myself created, we felt best to end the series there which ended with the 2K Commercial action figure. Whilst many fans seem angry at this figure being limited it was chosen by us in late 2013 just because we thought it was cool to have a short haired Warrior and the colors of the commercial were the O.W.N. colors if anyone spotted that. In ending the limited series I agreed future exclusives which is where Target HOF figure comes in. I have queried Ultimate Maniacs before but as Macho Man's rights are held by Macho Man Inc, they partner with WWE much like ourselves so if WWE wanted to I'm sure Mattel could produce it but it depends on specifics and Mattel.Lastly, steve did you get my email from a little while ago? - No sorry I don't think so?

I can't wait for the dvd to be honest, and the book to go along with it later in the year. So I'm a little confused as far as the figures go... Are you saying that there will only be exclusives now (such as the target one) and no more mass produced Figures? Or are you saying that since your contract isn't directly with mattel anymore there will be no more Warrior Creations exclusives and that WWE and mattel will be the ones to decide Warrior figures from here on out? Honestly, as long as warrior merch, especially figures, are continued to be made and are affordable, I will buy them. Figures are a way that my step daughter and I have some quality bonding time together. While I don't exactly "play" with them like I did as a kid, we have fun making story lines of sorts while she does the playing. It also allows me to continue to collect justifiably with my wife haha. As far as that email, I just looked through my sent and I can't find it. I had a few pictures that I wanted to share with you and maybe you could show the girls? The first two are pictures of this past halloween. I went as Warrior from Royal Rumble 91. As a kid I went as Warrior for probably 10 years straight and felt like If there was ever a time to do it again it was this year! The other pics are from literally two days after Warriors passing. For the last few years I've been very complacent in my life after I broke my ankle playing basketball. No motivation to work out, was eating poorly, and just wasn't taking care of myself. My coworkers had been desperately trying to get me to go to the gym with them but to no avail. When he passed, I started watching all of his clips and reading all of his quotes which gave me that motivation I needed. Once at the gym, I was literally on my first workout and thought to myself what the hell am I doing here? I hate this. All the while I'm laying down for my last set of benching and as I look up to the heavens as Warrior himself would say, I see this: I knew at that very moment, that was Warrior telling me that I not only needed to push through, but that I could. From that day, I've been applying Warrior's philosophy to my life as well. I've been in the gym 5 days a week, eat (relatively) clean, and put my all into every workout. I hope, if you do show them, that the girls realize what an inspiration Warrior was to many many people, including me from a kid who went as his favorite wrestler on Halloween for a decade and who saw the symbol he needed to make healthy life changes.

Love the pictures. That's exactly why Warrior loved his fans so much such an incredible connection like one before him. Keep up the good work man.
On the figures I mean there will be exclusives instead of the limiteds. The normal figures will carry on the same. Same set up just with WWE directly now.

Wonderful work Steve on keeping us updated with Warrior news!
And I had no idea that Warrior's HOF speech was included on the WM30 dvd, considering the last WM I watched in full was WM13, I'm not surprised how out of the loop I am with their current products. So many thanks for the heads up on that.
I'm not much into figures though I have a few given to me as gifts. For me it's all about dvds, books and older magazines, interviews and photos. I remember back on Ebay my cousin brought a 6 disc fan made dvd set on most of Warrior's matches and I spend around $80 dollars on his Ringside Collectibles Shoot dvd. This was a few months after the SDOUW came out. We were so irate about it that we decided to search the net and built our own Warrior collection, since it was the only way at the time. I remember on New Year's Eve '05 (going into '06 ) once the family left we stood up until like 5 in the morning watching the Shoot interview and watching his Nitro debut. It was such an inspiring way to go into the new year.
So to have last year's the Ultimate Collection dvd set was a dream come true to us and now with this new dvd and book coming out later in the year, we couldn't be happier.
I'm not into facebook or social media, so right here on this forum - I want to say, Thank You Steve. Knowing we have a true Warrior fan working on these projects puts us at ease. Us warriors are lucky that we have you and Dana on our side.
