Hey Guys,
I was a bit nostalgic today wondering where Warrior's old gym was located.
I started my search with this video of Warrior University: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wn-64f7bqjM
I found the gym information at the end of the video to be:
"warrior university" (602)566-4276 Scottsdale, AZ
Then I searched for that on Google and found this site which showed the full information of his old gym:

Then I did a current Google Maps search of that address...
It is now a New York Bagels 'N Bialys restaurant... of all things...

right across from the gym is still there, but painted brown. Also, there are some shrubs right in front of the location(3rd pic),now very cut down, just as there were in the workout video at 0:16. This all confirmed for me the location is correct.
